The location was secure, room was unforgettable and employees were very very kind. Astonishing view, a beautiful balcony, good sized bed, too. More than adequate breakfast, individual service. Terrific hotel ideally located in the city. Moreover, it's just next door to Portland as well as restaurants...

Wi-Fi was awful, made me a little nervous.

What a very very good stay, no complaints. Varied breakfast, adequate room, affable staff. All in all it's impeccably clean place, they have comfortable beds. It boasts a majestic location; just off Portland, the beach.

Free breakfast, well-maintained pool, pleasant position. Main bar was amazing and clean. Understanding staff who was willing to help and answered our questions.

the staff were easily accessible with any inquires and was incredibly professional. it was nice to have very bright lighting.

We had an outstanding stay at this urban hotel. Modern design, great bed, impeccable breakfast. Our queen room was decorated in the newly renovated design. The restaurant onsite was lovely. Service was very EXCELLENT throughout our stay.

Sumptuous breakfast, absolutely brilliant personnel. Marvellous view of sea. We appreciated salads and light meals at the Irish bar. Absolutely perfect location to the cheese iron gourmet grocery store

Poor bathroom.

All in all, I spent my time nicely. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

This hotel was good home base for exploring Scarborough, appreciated it. Besides, we parked our car on site.

Our breakfast was mediocre.
